Context
Select an existing local food and beverage enterprise (see enterprise list below).
Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of stock control systems employed by your chosen food and beverage enterprise. You are also required to analyse the enterprises standarised staffing and product quality control.
You are also free to choose your own enterprise (outside of the list below). Before you commence your research get the approval from your lecturer that the enterprise you selected is appropriate for this report.

As part of your analysis, consider the target markets, concepts, menu design, staffing, pricing, and location. After your analysis, include your recommendations outlined below in the suggested structure.

This should focus on how the enterprise can improve efficiency and effectiveness of their stock
control systems.
You will also need to include suggestions on how to modify their standardised staffing and product quality control measures and where they can be implemented.
